Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

 We kindly ask that only the appointment holder comes into the salon during your appointment time. This prevents overcrowding and ensures a smoother transition between appointments.
